Free Freight Shipping: Delivered to your curb via specialized carriers in 5–8 business days.

Standard Curbside Delivery: This is a residential tailgate delivery. The driver will lower the shipment to the curb or edge of your driveway; final placement is at the driver's discretion. Drivers cannot bring the item indoors or upstairs.

Final Sale Policy: This item is strictly non-returnable. Once your order is processed, shipped, or delivered, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for change of mind or personal preference.

Transit Damage Protection: If your shipment arrives with transit damage or manufacturing defects, it is fully covered. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@relaxvo.com with photos of the packaging and product, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
