1. Order Processing & Cutoff Times
Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Handling Time: All orders are processed and prepared for transit within 3 to 4 business days (Monday through Friday). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major public holidays.
2. Transit Time & Total Estimated Delivery Time
Transit Time: Once picked up by our carrier, shipments to all destinations take approximately 2 to 4 business days to be delivered (Monday through Friday).
Total Delivery Time: Combining our standard handling and transit timeframes, your total estimated delivery time is 5 to 8 business days.
3. Shipping Rates
We are proud to offer clear, transparent shipping options at checkout. All shipping rates and applicable delivery fees will be calculated and displayed to you directly during the checkout process before you finalize your order.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been handed off to the carrier and is ready for transit. The tracking number will become active within 24 to 48 hours.
